Regulation of coastal methane sinks by a structured gradient of microbial methane oxidizers

TL;DR: The results suggest that coastal methane sinks might be governed by diverse microbial communities where NC10 methane oxidizers contributed significantly, which helps to better understand and predict the coastal methane cycle and reduce uncertainties in the estimations of the global methane flux.
Patent

Community monitoring method of microorganism carried by air particulate matters with multiple particle sizes

TL;DR: In this article, a community monitoring method of microorganisms carried by air particulate matters with multiple particle sizes was proposed, which can be used for researching the community structure of the microorganism carried by atmospheric particulates under any different meteorological conditions and analyzing the microorganisms carried on the surfaces of multiple particulates such as TSP, PM10 and PM2.5.

Shallow water deposit and water sample collection device and method thereof

TL;DR: In this article, a shallow water deposit and water sample collection device is described, which consists of a sampling tube, hole sampling tube cap, a piston pushing rod, an upper choke plug, a lower choke plug and a check valve.
Patent

Device for mud flat deposit is gathered, normal position ecological simulation

TL;DR: In this paper, the utility model discloses collecting collection of mud flat deposit and normal position ecological simulation, avoiding the sample each other to mix, factors such as air contact are to the influence of normal position simulation production.
Patent

Beach deposit collection and in situ ecology stimulation apparatus and method thereof

TL;DR: In this paper, the authors present a sampling/stimulating tube, a mousetrap-shaped sampling head, a sample tube cover with a handle, and a common sampling tube cover, which can avoid the influences of sample mixing, air contact and other factors on in situ ecology simulation.
