TL;DR: In this paper, the CO + (A 2 π-X 2 Σ + ) emission system produced from the Ne + + OCS reaction was identified in a Ne afterglow, while the OCS+ (A π -X 2 2 ΀) emission system was observed in an Ar afterglog.
