Journal ArticleDOI

Synthesis, Structure, and Bonding Nature of Ethynediyl-Bridged Bis(silylene) Dinuclear Complexes of Tungsten and Molybdenum

TL;DR: In this paper, a CC-bridged dinuclear complexes Cp*(CO)2M(SiPh2)(μ-CC), SiPh2(μ-C5Me5) and SiPh 2(μCC) were presented.
Journal ArticleDOI

Reactions of tungsten acetylide-silylene complexes with pyridines: Direct observation of silylene/silyl migration in tungsten acetylide and carbyne/vinylidene frameworks

TL;DR: In this article, a mixture of 2 and pyridine exhibited interesting temperature-dependent NMR spectral changes, indicating the formation of trans- and cis-Cp*(CO)2W(SiPh2·py)(CCSiMe3) (trans 5b and cis 5b) at low temperature.
Journal ArticleDOI

Conversion of an Acetylide−Silylene Complex to an Alkenylcarbyne Complex by Consecutive Ketone Addition and Base-Induced Silanone Elimination

TL;DR: A new acetylide−silylene complex was synthesized by the reaction of Cp*(CO)2W(NCMe)Me with Ph2HSiC≡CSiMe3 as mentioned in this paper.
