In the detector main body (29) of a bent angle detector, a pin shaft (35) having a first locking member (39) is constantly urged upward at substantially the center of a groove in a die (D) by a first spring (41). In the detector main body (29), a rotor support member (47) having second locking members (61, 63) is constantly upwardly urged by two second elastic bodies (49) having a smaller urging force than that of the first spring (41). In the upper region of the rotor support member (47), two rotors (51) are positioned on opposite sides in the direction of the groove width of the die (D) and journaled. A rotatable link member (43) engaging the first locking member (39) and second locking members (61, 63) stops the front end of the pin shaft (35) at a position below the upper surface of the die and positions the two rotors (51) at a position below the upper surface of the die.

The bending angle detecting device has a detector which includes a casing and which can detect a bending angle of the workpiece with the casing fixed in contact with a contact portion of the lower tool.

Bending press having an angle-measuring device and method for determining the bending angle

This press brake is provided with: a first guide rail on the rear surface of a lower table; a second guide rail on the front surface of the lower table; a movable ATC device and first measurement part on the first guide rail; and a movable second measurement part on the second guide rail. The first and second measurement parts measure the bending shape of a workpiece. The second guide rail has a different cross-sectional shape from the first guide rail (or the second guide rail and the first guide rail are provided asymmetrically on the front side and rear side). The first measurement part is provided with a first main part having a sensor that measures the workpiece shape and a first linking part that links the first main part to the first guide rail. The second measurement part has a second main part that has a structure identical to the first main part, and a second linking part that that has a shape different from the first linking part and links the second main part to the second guide rail is provided. With this press brake, an ATC device and bending measurement device (measurement parts) can be made to coexist, and the main parts of the measurement parts on the front side and rear side can have the same constitution.

PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a pressing machine having a versatile angle measurement instrument for accurately measuring a bending angle of a plate material to be bent, added to an existing pressing machine, and correctly measuring the bending angle of the plate material. SOLUTION: The pressing machine includes: a fixed mold; a movable mold; the angle measurement instrument for measuring the bending angle of the plate material bent by both molds; a guide structure for guiding the angle measurement instrument to a platform for supporting the fixed mold in the direction in which it is approached to or separated from the plate material; and a drive mechanism for driving and reciprocating the angle measurement instrument along the guide structure. The angle measurement instrument includes: a contact element turned so as to follow a bending displacement of the plate material; an operation conversion mechanism for converting a turn of the contact element into a linear operation; and a linear sensor for detecting a linear displacement converted by the operation conversion mechanism to output an angle signal. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To conduct bending through precise bend angle detection by precisely measuring an inclination angle and automatically correcting this inclination angle even when the bend angle is detected at one side in bending work of a sheet metal. SOLUTION: A position of flanges in front/rear of a work bent is detected by position sensors arranged in the front/rear, both sides of the work, bend angles are respectively measured based on these detected values, based on measured angles, an inclination angle of the work is obtained. In the bending, after the work is bent, an angle is measured by a position sensor arranged in the front or the rear of the work.
