Journal ArticleDOI

Electrochemical characterization of poly(eriochrome black T) modified glassy carbon electrode and its application to simultaneous determination of dopamine, ascorbic acid and uric acid

TL;DR: A polymerized film of eriochrome black T (EBT) was prepared on the surface of a glassy carbon (GC) electrode in alkaline solution by cyclic voltammetry (CV).
Journal ArticleDOI

Simultaneous determination of dopamine, ascorbic acid and uric acid at poly (Evans Blue) modified glassy carbon electrode.

TL;DR: A sensitive and selective electrochemical method for the determination of dopamine using an Evans Blue polymer film modified on glassy carbon electrode was developed and exhibits excellent selectivity in the presence of large excess of ascorbic acid and uric acid in physiological samples.
Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of the Total Biflavonoids Extract from Selaginella doederleinii by HPLC-QTOF-MS and Its In Vitro and In Vivo Anticancer Effects.

TL;DR: The phytochemical components of the total biflavonoids extract from S. doederleinii were studied by using high-performance liquid chromatography coupled with electrospray ionization quadrupole time-of-flight mass spectrometry in negative ion mode and their in vitro and in vivo anticancer effects were evaluated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Preparative Isolation of six Anti‐Tumour Biflavonoids from Selaginella Doederleinii Hieron by High‐Speed Counter‐Current Chromatography

TL;DR: The study provides methodological references for simultaneously preparative isolation of several bioactive biflavones from the herbal family of Selaginella and is the first report discovering 2'', 3''-dihydro-3, 3'''-biapigenin and 3', 3,'''-binaringenin from this herb and describing their cytotoxicities to human cancer cell lines.
Journal ArticleDOI

Selective Determination of Epinephrine in the Presence of Ascorbic Acid and Uric Acid by Electrocatalytic Oxidation at Poly(eriochrome Black T) Film-modified Glassy Carbon Electrode

TL;DR: The polymer-coated GCE was successfully applied to the determination of EP in real samples due to its good selectivity and stability and the peak current of EP recorded in pH 3.5 solution was linearly dependent on EP's concentration.
