Study of the movement of oxygen vacancies in the orthorhombic phase of yba2cu3o7-x by positron doppler broadening spectroscopy
TL;DR: In this paper, the positron annihilation Doppler energy spectroscopy was used to monitor the movement of oxygen vacancy of YBa2Cu3O7−x and an activation energy of (0.80 ± 0.10) eV was obtained.
