Journal ArticleDOI
Improved synthesis of graphene oxide with controlled oxidation degree by using different dihydrogen phosphate as intercalators
TL;DR: In this paper, improved Hummers method with appropriate optimization was used to yield graphene oxide (GO), which showed high quality oxidation due to 53.18% oxidized carbon and interlayer spacing at 9.87 A.
Journal ArticleDOI
Preparation and properties of a temperature- and pH- responsive polypeptide hydrogel
Shichao Zhao,Hongyu Zhu,Zhao-Ming Chen,Shirong Shuai,Ning Zhang,Yu Liu,Zikun Rao,Yang Li,Cong Zhao,Kanghong Zhou,Wei Ge,Jianyuan Hao +11 more
Journal ArticleDOI
Carboxylic Terminated Thermo-Responsive Copolymer Hydrogel and Improvement in Peptide Release Profile
TL;DR: Cboxyl terminated HOOC–PECP–COOH hydrogel was a promising and well-exhibited sustained release carrier for peptide drugs with the advantage of being able to develop injectable formulation by simple mixing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Synthesis and characterization of photo-responsive flower-like copolymer micelles with o-nitrobenzyl as the junction point
Cong Zhao,Shirong Shuai,Siyao Zhou,Yu Liu,Weirong Huo,Hongyu Zhu,Zikun Rao,Yang Li,Kanghong Zhou,Wei Ge,Jianyuan Hao +10 more
TL;DR: The photo-responsive ABA amphiphilic triblock copolymers polylactide-block-poly(ethylene glycol)-blockpolylactides with o-nitrobenzyl esters as the photocleavable blocklinker were prepared by controlled ring-opening polymerization (ROP).
Journal ArticleDOI
Physiochemical properties and paclitaxel release behaviors of dual-stimuli responsive copolymer-magnetite superparamagnetic nanocomposites.
Yu Liu,Yang Li,Zikun Rao,Jinshan Xu,Shichao Zhao,Cong Zhao,Hongyu Zhu,Jianyuan Hao,Ting Yang,Yuan Yang +9 more
TL;DR: Being proved to be stable at a wide pH range and low cytotoxic in vitro, these nanocomposites presented faster PTX release in vitro at pH 6.5 than at pH 7.4 and obviously reduced burst release.
