Analysis on the load characteristics and coefficient of friction of angular contact ball bearing at high speed
TL;DR: In this paper, the relationship between the equilibrium equation of the gyroscopic torque of a rolling element and the coefficient of friction between the rolling elements and the groove is analyzed for a high-speed angular contact ball bearing.
Journal ArticleDOI
Velocity Field Analysis of Bonding Interface on Cold-Rolled Copper/Aluminum Composite Plate
TL;DR: In this article, the cold-rolled bonding process of copper/aluminum bimetal plate was investigated by the velocity field of finite element method (FEM), and deformation characteristics of metal were analyzed in the bonding process.
Journal ArticleDOI
Effect of Cryogenic Treatment Prior to Rolling on Microstructure and Mechanical Properties of AZ31 Magnesium Alloy
TL;DR: In this article, the effects of cryogenic treatment prior to hot rolling on the strength, toughness and ductility of as-cast AZ31 magnesium alloy plates were investigated, and the results showed that appropriate cryogenic treatment conditions can significantly refine the grain size and improve strength and toughness.
Journal ArticleDOI
The analysis of new hydraulic rolling shear servo system dynamic characteristics
TL;DR: The hydraulic rolling shear whose hydraulic system is researched in this paper was designed based on the theory of rolling shears and the transfer function of the unsymmetrical val... was built.
Journal ArticleDOI
Spread Model for TC4 Alloy Rod during the Three-Roll Tandem Rolling Process
TL;DR: In this paper, the spread model for TC4 alloy rod during three-roll rolling was established on the self-developed 3-roll mill of eight passes with a flat triangle-round sequence.
