Journal ArticleDOI

AnimalTFDB 3.0: a comprehensive resource for annotation and prediction of animal transcription factors.

TL;DR: The new version of AnimalTFDB provides a comprehensive annotation and classification of TFs and cofactors, and will be a useful resource for studies of TF and transcription regulation.
Journal ArticleDOI

Exosomal Wnt-induced dedifferentiation of colorectal cancer cells contributes to chemotherapy resistance.

TL;DR: It is reported that fibroblasts confer CRC chemoresistance via exosome-induced reprogramming (dedifferentiation) of bulk CRC cells to phenotypic and functional CSCs and suggested that interfering with exosomal Wnt signaling may help to improve chemosensitivity and the therapeutic window.
Journal ArticleDOI

miR-146b-5p within BCR-ABL1–Positive Microvesicles Promotes Leukemic Transformation of Hematopoietic Cells

TL;DR: It is shown how upregulation of oncogenic miRNAs in MVs promote hematopoetic cells to a leukemic state, as well as a demonstration for TF and miRNA coregulatory analysis in exploring the dysregulation of cancers and discovering key factors.
Journal ArticleDOI

The ASH1-miR-375-YWHAZ Signaling Axis Regulates Tumor Properties in Hepatocellular Carcinoma

TL;DR: The existence and function of achaete-scute homolog-1-miR-375-YWHAZ signaling axis in HCC was proved and its important role in driving HCC tumor progression was interpreted.
Journal ArticleDOI

MiRNA and TF co-regulatory network analysis for the pathology and recurrence of myocardial infarction

TL;DR: A cellular model is proposed to discuss major TF and miRNA regulators with signaling pathways in MI and constructed a regulatory network for MI recurrence, which linked up and interpreted many previous results.
