Agent-based joint model of residential location choice and real estate price for land use and transport model
TL;DR: The results suggest that the forecasting ability of the RLC–REP model in terms of real estate price is satisfactory, and both utility maximization theory and prospect theory were used to develop a utility function to simulate the location choice behavior of active household agents.
Journal ArticleDOI
Evaluation of Bus Networks in China: From Topology and Transfer Perspectives
TL;DR: A bus network evolution model to reduce transfer time is proposed by adding lines and the results show that adding lines with nodes of small degree is most effective comparing with the other three types.
Journal ArticleDOI
Reversible lane-based traffic network optimization with an advanced traveller information system
TL;DR: In this article, a bi-level programming model is given in which the upper level model is to make the total system cost and flow entropy minimum, while the lower level is a stochastic user equilibrium assignment with an advanced traveller information system.
Journal ArticleDOI
The Analysis of the Properties of Bus Network Topology in Beijing Basing on Complex Networks
TL;DR: This paper seeks to take the bus network of Beijing as an example and mainly use space L and space P to analyze the network topology properties and shows that the network is a scale-free network and an assortative network with 46 communities.
Journal ArticleDOI
Correlated scale-free network with community: modeling and transportation dynamics
TL;DR: The results show that congestion in the uncorrelated network is more serious than the assortative or disassortative ones, therefore, the correlated network with communities can bear much more traffic flow and the networks with lager modularity can enhance the transportation efficiently.
