Journal ArticleDOI

Electrical transport, microstructure and optical properties of Cr-doped In2O3 thin film prepared by sol–gel method

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of Cr concentration on the structural, microstructure, electrical and optical properties of In2−xCrxO3 were systematically investigated using X-ray diffractometer (XRD), atomic force microscopy (AFM), UV-vis spectroscopy, field emission scanning electron microscopy and Hall effect technique.
Journal ArticleDOI

Role of Nd2O3 nanoparticles addition on microstructural and superconducting properties of YBa2Cu3O7-δ ceramics

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of nano-Nd2O3 nanoparticles addition on microstructure, transport and AC susceptibility properties of YBa2Cu3O7-δ (Y123) superconductors were systematically investigated using X-ray diffraction (XRD), scanning electron micrograph (SEM), four point probe measurement and AC spectrometer.
Journal ArticleDOI

Influence of precursor concentration on the structural, optical and electrical properties of indium oxide thin film prepared by a sol–gel method

TL;DR: In this article, the effect of different precursor concentrations on the physical properties of indium oxide (In2O3) thin film was investigated and the results showed that the film thickness increased with the indium dioxide molarity.
Journal ArticleDOI

Structural and optical characterisation of undoped and chromium doped tin oxide prepared by sol–gel method

TL;DR: In this article, a transparent semiconductor thin film, Cr doped SnO 2 (Sn 1− x Cr x O 2 : x ǫ = 0.0, 0.02,0.04, 0.,06, 0,10, 0.20) was deposited onto glass substrates by a sol-gel method and thermal gravitational analysis showed that mass lost happened at 120°C due to evaporation of water and ethanol.
Journal ArticleDOI

Microstructure and superconducting properties of Ca substituted Y(Ba1−xCax)2Cu3O7−δ ceramics prepared by thermal treatment method

TL;DR: In this paper, the effect of Ca substitution in Ba site of Y(Ba1−xCax)2Cu3O7−δ, (x = 0.08, 0.1 and 0.125), ceramics prepared by thermal treatment method was investigated.
