Journal ArticleDOI
Endometrial effects of a tissue selective estrogen complex containing bazedoxifene/conjugated estrogens as a menopausal therapy.
TL;DR: BZA (20 mg) was the lowest effective dose that prevented endometrial hyperplasia over 2 years of study, creating the possibility for a new, progestin-free menopausal therapy.
Journal ArticleDOI
Endometrial effects of lower doses of conjugated equine estrogens and medroxyprogesterone acetate: two-year substudy results
TL;DR: Two years of treatment with lower doses of CEE/MPA provided endometrial protection comparable to that seen with commonly prescribed doses, and these regimens should be considered for postmenopausal women who are candidates for hormone therapy.
