Journal ArticleDOI
Joint modelling of repeated measurements and time-to-event outcomes: the fourth Armitage lecture.
TL;DR: In this paper, the authors discuss different approaches to joint modelling and argue that the analysis strategy should depend on the scientific focus of the study, and describe in detail a particularly simple, fully parametric approach.
Journal ArticleDOI
Narrative change in emotion-focused therapy: how is change constructed through the lens of the innovative moments coding system?
Inês Mendes,António P. Ribeiro,Lynne Angus,Leslie S. Greenberg,Inês Sousa,Miguel M. Gonçalves +5 more
TL;DR: The authors applied a narrative methodological tool for the study of the change process in emotion-focused therapy (EFT), replicating a previous study done with narrative therapy (NT), to advance understanding of how clients construct their own process of change in effective therapy sessions.
Journal ArticleDOI
Higher temperature reduces the effects of litter quality on decomposition by aquatic fungi
Isabel Rodrigues Fernandes,Cláudia Pascoal,Helena Guimaraes,Rute Pinto,Inês Sousa,Fernanda Cássio +5 more
TL;DR: The Portuguese Foundation for Science and Technology - PTDC Ω(CLIℚ(67180) as discussed by the authors, PTDC-AAC-AMB №(117068), PEst-CBIA⁄UI40502011, SFRH⁄BD⁄42215⁄2007
joineR: Joint modelling of repeated measurements and time-to-event data
Pete Philipson,Peter J. Diggle,Inês Sousa,Ruwanthi Kolamunnage-Dona,Paula R Williamson,Robin Henderson +5 more
TL;DR: The joineR package implements methods for analysing data from longitudinal studies in which the response from each subject consists of a time-sequence of repeated measurements and a possibly censored time-toevent outcome.
Journal ArticleDOI
Innovative moments and change in client-centered therapy
Miguel M. Gonçalves,Inês Mendes,Graciete Cruz,António P. Ribeiro,Inês Sousa,Lynne Angus,Leslie S. Greenberg +6 more
TL;DR: Results suggest that IMCS can be applied to CCT, allowing the tracking of IMs' emergence, and that the overall amount ofIMs is significantly associated with symptom improvement, which is congruent with former studies done with the IMCS.
