PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To provide a rear frame of a vehicle capable of ensuring the safety of an occupant by dispersing the force received at the time of rear end collision to a front frame and preventing the deformation to a side member. SOLUTION: This rear frame 1 for vehicle is provided with right and left side members 4 which are extended in the vehicle longitudinal direction and whose front end part is jointed to a rocker 5, and a cross member 7 jointing right and left side members 4 to each other, wherein a reinforcing member 10 dispersing the input from the rear side of a vehicle acting upon the side member 4 on a front frame is mounted between the cross member 7 and the front frame.
