Abstract: We summarize the scientific potential and mission and system design for a Flagship‐class mission to Titan. A broad range of science objectives are addressed by an architecture that is uniquely enabled by the Titan atmosphere which permits aerocapture of an orbiter and delivery of a lander and balloon, with all three elements packaged on a single launch vehicle. This multi‐element architecture provides a portfolio of mission options adaptable to budget scope and partnering opportunities.
