Diazoxide for the acute control of severe hypertension complicating pregnancy: a pilot study.

TL;DR: Four patients with hypertensive disorders of pregnancy were treated with intravenous diazoxide and in 2 patients there was profound maternal hypotension and late deceleration of the fetal heart rate occurred in 3 patients following diazox administration.
