TL;DR: DWI gives good interrater homogeneity and has a substantially better sensitivity and accuracy than CT even if the raters have limited experience, and is significantly better than CT when based on DWI.

Bilateral vertebral artery dissection after chiropractic treatment
TL;DR: A 31-year-old woman suffered a brainstem infarction secondary to chiropractic neck manipulation and a dissection of both vertebral arteries could be demonstrated by MR tomography.
