TL;DR: In this article , a 10-week environmental enrichment protocol was shown to improve performance in a variety of behavioral tasks, including those testing spatial working and spatial reference memory, and an enhancement in hippocampal LTP.

IL-23 production is regulated via an MSK1/2 – CREB dependent signalling pathway downstream of Toll like receptors

TL;DR: It is shown that in response to LPS, the induction of IL-23p19 mRNA is regulated by a MSK 1/2 – CREB dependent pathway downstream of ERK1/2 and p38α MAPK, and this was blocked by knockdown of CRTC3.
