Journal ArticleDOI

Analysis of the Radiocardiogram in Heart Failure

TL;DR: Although radiocardiographic tracings represent time concentration curves, wide angle counting over the heart does not permit a reliable direct estimate of cardiac output, and the chief source of error lies in the variable contribution of surrounding extracardiac tissue to the total activity which is recorded.
Journal ArticleDOI

Radioisotope scanning in the detection of pericardial effusions.

TL;DR: The authors demonstrate the feasibility of demonstrating pericardial effusions by a radioisotopic method and demonstrate the importance of knowing the carrier and removal status of canine coronavirus.
Journal ArticleDOI

Patient Dose Distributions During Hypocycloidal Tomography

Jack S. Krohmer
- 01 May 1972 -
TL;DR: It was determined that, despite some variation in film quality with filtration, it would not decrease the value of the procedures and would definitely decrease patient dose.
Journal ArticleDOI
