Changes in rectal and mean skin temperature in response to suggested heat during hypnosis in man.

TL;DR: Both rectal and skin temperatures very slowly returned to their levels during the preceding waking state when hypnosis with suggestion ceased, and despite reinforcement of heat suggestion, the plateau continued until the end of the hypnotic trance.

Electrocardiographic observations in high altitude residents of Nepal and Bolivia.

TL;DR: An altitude threshold above which a further decrease in barometric pressure results in marked cardiovascular responses is suggested, both as a function of elevation and two linear functions with a point of intersection.
