Systems and methods are disclosed that provide for a full validation of an unknown client device prior to acceptance of a block chain transaction would provide further security for block chain transactions. The health of the device can be attested to prior to engaging in electronic transactions. In some embodiments, automation of full device integrity verification is provided as part of a block chain transaction. Certain aspects of the invention enable trust in devices. Some embodiments operate on the fundamental premise that a reliable relationship with a device can make for a much safer, easier and stronger relationship with an end user. Achieving this requires knowing with confidence that a device involved in a current transaction is the same device it was in previous transactions.

A system for automatic authentication of service requests includes authentication of a remote access device. This authentication may be accomplished automatically prior to text or audio communication between a customer and a service agent. In some embodiments, authentication is accomplished automatically by authentication of the remote access device or accomplished by asking the customer questions. A single authentication of the remote access device may be used to authenticate a service request transferred between service agents. The authentication of the remote device may include, for example, use of a personal identification number, a fingerprint, a photograph, and/or a hardware identifier. Some embodiments include an intelligent pipeline configured for managing queues of customer service requests.

An adaptive voice authentication system is provided. The adaptive voice authentication system includes an adaptive module configured to compare a feature quality index of the plurality of authentication features and the plurality of enrolment features and dynamically replace and store one or more enrolment features with one or more authentication features to form a plurality of updated enrolment features. The adaptive module is configured to generate an updated enrolment voice print model from the plurality of the updated enrolment features. The adaptive module is further configured to compare the updated enrolment voice print model with the previously stored enrolment voice print model and dynamically update the previously stored enrolment voice print model with the updated enrolment voice print model based on a model quality index.

Adaptive voice authentication system and method

The methods, apparatus, and systems described herein are designed to identify fraudulent callers. A voice print of a call is created and compared to known voice prints to determine if it matches one or more of the known voice prints, and to transaction data associated with a database of voice prints. The methods include a pre-processing step to separate speech from non-speech, selecting a number of elements that affect the voice print the most, and/or computing an adjustment factor based on the scores of each received voice print against known voice prints.

Methods and apparatus for identifying fraudulent callers

Some aspects of the invention may include a computer-implemented method for enrolling voice prints generated from audio streams, in a database. The method may include receiving an audio stream of a communication session and creating a preliminary association between the audio stream and an identity of a customer that has engaged in the communication session based on identification information. The method may further include determining a confidence level of the preliminary association based on authentication information related to the customer and if the confidence level is higher than a threshold, sending a request to compare the audio stream to a database of voice prints of known fraudsters. If the audio stream does not match any known fraudsters, sending a request to generate from the audio stream a current voice print associated with the customer and enrolling the voice print in a customer voice print database.

A computer-implemented method for enrolling in a database voice prints generated from audio streams may include receiving an audio stream of a communication session and creating a preliminary association between the audio stream and an identity of a customer that has engaged in the communication session based on identification information.
