In one embodiment, an autonomous neighborhood vehicle can autonomously navigate to a destination specified by a user of the neighborhood social network. In one embodiment, a computer system of the autonomous neighborhood vehicle is communicatively coupled to the neighborhood social network through a wireless network to autonomously navigate to a destination specified by the user of the neighborhood social network. A navigation server provides a remote sensing capability to the autonomous neighborhood vehicle. A particular user of a third-party application is authenticated as being a verified user of the neighborhood social network having a verified residential address. An information of the particular user is communicated to the third-party application from the neighborhood social network based on a personal address privacy preference of the particular user.

A method, device, and system of a driverless automobile commerce network and community is disclosed. Disclosed are methods and a system of associating a unique identifier associated with a driverless vehicle (DV) with an automobile sharing server, periodically analyzing a location of the DV based on a geospatial data associated with the location of the DV, and declaring a non-transitory location of the DV based on a predictable behavior algorithm. An owner of the DV is permitted to list the DV on an automobile sharing network. The methods and system comprise processing a payment of a renter of the DV in a threshold radial distance from the DV when the DV is at the non-transitory location for a predictably available period of time and crediting a financial account of the owner of the DV with the payment of the renter in the threshold radial distance from the DV when the DV is at the non-transitory location for the predictably available period of time.

In one embodiment, a method includes generating a community network of user profiles, each user profile associated with a verified geographic location and at least one of a contact address, associating a first user with a first user profile, selecting a mail mode, selecting a communication, generating a first display view to include a map view embodied by the community network, at least a portion of the user profiles represented at a location in the map view associated with the verified geographic location of the first user profile, selecting a second user profile from the portion of the user profiles, and generating a mailing of the communication, in a format associated with the mail mode, between the first user profile and the contact address associated with the second user profile.

Direct mailing in a geo-spatial environment

A geographical information system and a method are disclosed for geospatially mapping a least one parcel polygon within a geographical region and for displaying at least one specific attribute of each parcel polygon, i.e. a topological area within the given geographical region, as an attached attribute of latitude and longitude coordinates. The centroid or center point of each of the parcel polygons is determined and stored into conventional computer storage means. The latitude and longitude point feature at the centroid of each parcel polygon is established and similarly stored. A unique tax identification number, e.g. the Assessor Parcel Number (APN) or Parcel Identifier Number (PIN), is assigned to each of the point features. A correlation is then made between the unique tax identification number of the point feature to a text list of at least one attribute, e.g., the physical address of the parcel polygon, of each of the point features. This attribute becomes attached to each point feature. The resulting parcel polygon map and point features with one or more of the attached attributes can then be displayed within a GIS or CAD system to provide the user, for example, accurate locations of street addresses for use in environments that require pinpoint accuracy, such as emergency response.
