TL;DR: In the study of Tseng et al. and the administration of diet, the clinical improvement of the placebo group may be explained by the diet effect, and the realization of well-structured placebo-RCTs is crucial and must carefully consider strict inclusion and exclusion criteria as well as complete assessment of signs and symptoms.
