Journal ArticleDOI

Rare earth complexes of chiral unsymmetrical hexaazamacrocycles

TL;DR: In this paper, a step-by-step synthesis based on the application of monoprotected 2.6-diformylpyridine intermediate resulted in the formation of enantiopure Eu(III, Yb(III) and Y(III), containing two pyridine units and two diamine and diimine links.
Journal ArticleDOI

An esr study on dioxygen adducts of tridentate schiff base cobalt complexes

TL;DR: In this article, the spin Hamiltonian parameters for both terminally bound and bridging dioxygen complexes have been reported and the ligands' influence on these parameters has been discussed in terms of structural aspects of the dioxymethylene adducts formed with respect to the dimeric structure of the starting Co(II) complex.
Journal ArticleDOI

Imine- and Amine-Type Macrocycles Derived from Chiral Diamines and Aromatic Dialdehydes

Jerzy Lisowski
- 25 Jun 2022 -
TL;DR: In this article , the condensation of aromatic dialdehydes with chiral diamines, such as 1,2-trans-diaminocyclohexane, leads to various enantiopure or meso-type macrocyclic Schiff bases, including [2 + 2], [3 + 3], [4 + 4], [6 + 6] and [8 + 8] condensation products.
Journal ArticleDOI

Tetranuclear Eu(III)-Co(II) complex of an N 4 O 4 macrocycle

TL;DR: In this paper, the photophysical properties of the triply deprotonated form of the ligand [Eu(HL) are discussed on the basis of emission and excitation spectra, as well as of the emission decay times.
