Es wird ein Brennstoffzellenstapel mit Zelleneinheiten bereitgestellt, die eine Sammelleitung, eine offene Endplatte, die an einer Seite der Zelleneinheiten angeordnet ist und einen Reaktionsgaseinlass und -auslass hat, die mit der Sammelleitung verbunden sind, und eine geschlossene Endplatte enthalten, die an der an der anderen Seite der Zelleneinheiten angeordnet ist und die Sammelleitung abschliest. Insbesondere enthalt die Endplatte eine erste schrage Oberflache, die die Stromung eines Reaktionsgases am Reaktionsgaseinlass und an der Sammelleitungs-Schnittstelle regelt. Ein erster Ausrichtungsvorsprung bildet die erste schrage Oberflache und richtet die Zelleneinheiten aus, und die geschlossene Endplatte enthalt eine zweite schrage Oberflache, die die Stromung des Reaktionsgases an der Sammelleitungs-Schnittstelle regelt. Auserdem bildet ein zweiter Ausrichtungsvorsprung die zweite schrage Oberflache und richtet die Zelleneinheiten entsprechend aus.

Two types of conformal load-bearing antenna structures (CLAS) were designed with microwave composite laminates and Nomex honeycomb cores to secure both the structural rigidity and a good electrical performance One was a 4 × 8 array for the synthetic-aperture radar (SAR) system and the other was a 5 × 2 array for the wireless local-area network (LAN) system The design was based on a wide bandwidth, high polarization purity, low losses, and high structural rigidity The design, fabrication, and structural/electrical performances of the antenna structures were studied Their flexural behavior was examined by three-point bending, impact, and buckling tests The electrical measurements were in a good agreement with simulation results The complex antenna structures obtained have good flexural characteristics The design of this antenna structure is extended to give a useful guide for sandwich panel manufacturers as well as antenna designers

Five engineering constants of transversely isotropic nanohoneycomb material are obtained, using one tensile test, two bending tests, and two indentation tests The advantage is that all these tests can be carried out using only simple beam shape specimens In all but the tensile test, a desired material constant is to be extracted from mixed materials constants A disadvantage is that the deviation of the desired material constants are increased by the deviation of other related material constants This is the first attempt to measure mechanical properties of microscopic specimens of brittle transversely isotropic material It is intended to lay the foundation for easy and simple measurement of complex material constants of microscopic specimens

Measurement of Elastic Constants of Nanohoneycomb Structures

일반적으로 제동시스템의 특징은 마찰재와 제동디스크 사이의 마찰 작용에 의해 제동력이 발생되는 구조이다. 이때 제동작용으로 인해 마모가 발생하고 이는 최근에 이슈가 되고 있는 미세먼지의 발생 원인이 된다. 이때 발생하는 미세먼지 저감을 위한 국내외에서는 친환경적인 연구가 활발하게 진행되고 있다. 미세먼지를 저감하기 위해서는 제동디스크의 표면에 다양한 방법으로 코팅층을 형성하여 마모량을 줄이고 제동 성능을 유지할 수 있도록 설계해야 한다. 하지만, 마찰로 인해 높은 열이 발생되고 이로 인해 제동디스크 표면에 열이 축적되어 높은 열응력을 생성한다. 또한 코팅층과 모재부 그리고 두층을 접합시켜주는 본드층의 열팽창률 차이로 인해 더 높은 열응력이 발생되고, 열응력은 제동디스크 균열에 큰 영향을 미치기 때문에 열응력을 최소화하는 연구가 필요하다. 따라서 본 연구에서는 열-구조 연계해석을 통해 제동디스크의 코팅표면에서 코팅층 및 본드층의 두께에 따른 열응력 해석결과를 도출하고 코팅 두께와 열응력과의 상관관계를 분석하였다. 다양한 두께를 갖는 코팅층, 본드층 및 모재부와 각층을 구성하는 재료들의 상관관계를 분석하고, 정밀한 모델링과 유사하면서 해석시간을 절약할 수 있는 미세구조의 2D 해석 모델을 제안하였으며, 제동시험 데이터를 기준으로 온도 조건을 부여하여 각 층의 열응력을 도출하였다. 또한 결과 분석을 통해 코팅층 및 본드층 각각의 두께가 증가함에 따라 열응력이 변화하는 상관관계를 해석하고 최적화를 위한 모델을 제시하고자 하였다.
