The VPM includes optical devices for collecting an image of the object, a positional extraction device, and a host machine having an algorithm for processing the image and positional information. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To prevent the packet loss during hand-over, reduce the quantity of packets buffered in a network, and eliminate the sequence error of packets after hand-over. SOLUTION: Commencement of the hand-over about a mobile communication terminal 11 moving from the area of its original base station to the area of a destined base station is detected to buffer packet data in response to this direction. The buffered packet data are transmitted to the mobile communication terminal 11 after ending the hand-over about this terminal. PROBLEM TO BE SOLVED: To increase the utilization factor of glass fiber filter paper and reduce the manufacturing cost of a blood filtration unit by forming a glass fiber filter paper layer with chipped pieces. SOLUTION: Glass fiber filter paper is cut by a cutter to obtain glass fiber filter paper flakes 32. A nylon mesh 31 punched into a disk shape is fixed to the holder main body 10 of a plastic holder. The glass fiber filter paper flakes 32 are put on it and pressed by a cylinder while pressure is adjusted. A polysulfon porous film 33 punched into a disk shape is set on it. The holder 10 and a cover body 20 are mated, and flanges 13, 23 are deposited by ultrasonic waves. The blood collected from a healthy man is dispensed to a plastic test tube. The specimen suction nozzle of the filtration unit is inserted into the dispensed blood, and the other end of the filtration unit is connected to the suction pad of an aspirator. Blood plasma flows out into the storage tank of the filtration unit by the suction of a suction pump. The blood plasma is light yellow in color, and it is not contaminated with hemolysate or red blood cell.
