Optimization of suitable ethanol blend ratio for motorcycle engine using response surface method.

TL;DR: This study demonstrated low ethanol-gasoline blended fuels could be used in motorcycle carburetor engines without any modification to keep engine power while reducing exhaust pollutants.
Journal ArticleDOI

Planning the collection and transportation of rice straw in Nantou County, Taiwan.

TL;DR: Wang et al. as mentioned in this paper designed a rice straw collection and transportation method for processing 75,474 tons of rice straw produced in Nantou County and proposed six hypothetical scenarios for rice straw collecting and transportation.
Proceedings ArticleDOI

Using Optimization Methodology to Identify Suitable Biodiesel Blend Ratio

TL;DR: In this paper, the ECOM-AC gas analyzer was used to measure the concentrations of CO, CO2, and NOx in the exhaust gas and the engine experimental results showed these exhaust emissions were reduced for biodiesel blended fuels.
