Impact of a Collaborative Peer Assistance and Review Model on Entry-Year Teachers in a Large Urban School Setting

TL;DR: This article found that teachers with support can move beyond management concerns to better address instructional needs of their students, which in turn increase teacher retention and increase teacher's perceptions and teaching performance, and teachers attributed a substantial amount of change to the assistance they received in the induction program.
