Abstract: Leopard Syndrome is a rare autosomal dominant condition affecting multiple systems. We report a 35-year-old woman with hypertrophic obstructive cardiomyopathy, pigmented naevi and growth retardation. We are unaware of previous cases reported in Scotland.
