Signals, Systems, and Transforms

TL;DR: This text provides a clear, comprehensive presentation of both the theory and applications in signals, systems, and transforms, including the Fourier transform,The Fourier series, the Laplace transform, the discrete-time and the discrete Fourier transforms, and the z-transform.

An Optimal State Estimator for Linear Systems with Retarded Measurements

TL;DR: In this article, a modified Kalman filter algorithm, which provides optimal estimates of system states for systems in which some or all measurements are retarded (delayed), is presented, and the measurement retardations which are permitted for processing in the new algorithm are not restricted to integer multiples of the filter sampling period.
