Journal ArticleDOI

Discovery of novel [1,2,4]triazolo[4,3-a]quinoxaline aminophenyl derivatives as BET inhibitors for cancer treatment.

TL;DR: The substantial antiproliferative activities in human cancer cell lines, promising drug-like properties, and the selectivity for the BET family make the lead compound as a novel BRD4 inhibitor motif for anti-cancer drug discovery.
Journal ArticleDOI

Novel tacrine-pyridinium hybrid reactivators of organophosphorus-inhibited acetylcholinesterase: Synthesis, molecular docking, and in vitro reactivation study.

TL;DR: Novel tacrine-pyridinium hybrid reactivators in which 4- pyridinealdoxime derivatives are connected to tacrine moieties by linear carbon chains of different lengths were prepared and showed remarkable reactivation ability against paraoxon-inhibited electric eel AChE at 1 μM concentrations.
