TL;DR: In this paper, the authors examined the role of psychological capital in psychological well-being and job satisfaction among sport employees and found that the meaningful work of employees and a supportive organizational climate positively influenced psychological capital, thereby leading to high levels of job satisfaction and psychological wellbeing.
