El consumo de noticias esta inmerso en un proceso de grandes mutaciones debido al avance de la digitalizacion. En este contexto, conocer los cambios en los habitos de consumo de la audiencia es fundamental para calibrar el alcance y los efectos de la convergencia digital y sus perspectivas de futuro. Este articulo tiene como objetivo el analisis de esta transformacion en un caso concreto: la relacion de los jovenes con la informacion periodistica. Partiendo de una encuesta cuantitativa a personas de entre 16 y 30 anos (N=549) se examinan sus habitos de consumo y sus percepciones. Los resultados muestran la emergencia de las redes sociales como soporte informativo y el desgaste de los medios convencionales, especialmente de los diarios. No obstante, se detecta un interes elevado de los jovenes hacia las noticias y una valoracion positiva de las mismas en terminos civicos. Los datos revelan, ademas, el arraigo de la gratuidad. Finalmente, se constata la existencia de una brecha de genero en el consumo informativo, a favor de los hombres, y la incidencia del efecto de la edad, que provoca un aumento del acceso a las noticias a medida que los jovenes van madurando. Las conclusiones de la investigacion sugieren la aparicion de cambios profundos en los patrones de consumo y en la concepcion de la informacion por parte del publico joven.

This paper makes a reflection on the role of education in the current international context, marked by profound changes and by a situation of uncertainty and instability and reverse in rights. It discusses the various interpretative frameworks that explain the current world and that are articulated around the global-local axis and ethnic-national identities and multiple identities. In a world characterized by the complexity and speed of changes, it is very important to overcome the the compartmentalization of knowledge in areas such as mathematics, social, language, etc and look for global approaches. From the cognitive point of view, there is a need to modify the way of organizing the knowledge and put it in relation to new concepts. It's about creating emancipatory narratives that they put in the centre of the human person and the relationship between peace, development, human rights and justice. From a methodological point of view, it proposes strategies to apprehend reality, from the use of tools that combine rational aspects, visual, emotional and numeric and that stimulate creativity and the "moral imagination". And from the strategies of action, educational practice must overcome the school framework and taking into account other areas to non-formal education and in close collaboration with social organizations, to deal with the large global-local problems related to violence, inequality, environmental sustainability and global warming. Education as a transformative practice cannot be outside of the major challenges facing humanity at the national and multilateral. The 2030 Agenda and the Sustainable Development Goals gives opportunities for the consolidation of the Education for Global Citizenship.

La Educación para la Ciudadanía Global: Una apuesta por la Democracia

This article analyzes one of the most outstanding phenomena of the Spanish cultural industry of the second decade of the 21st century: The Ministry of Time . A few days after its release, this series—born as a strictly televised “monomeditic” product—became one of the most interesting examples of transmedia narrative produced in Spanish. In particular, this article focuses on two key aspects to understand the dynamics that transmedia narratives can generate. On the one hand, the stress caused by the low TV ratings of the series (which always threaten its continuity) and the enormous online activity of their fans, a conflict that points to the forms of measurement (and the concept itself) audience in post-broadcasting. And on the other, the emerging phenomenon in the Spanish context from The Ministry of Time : the fans’ professionalization, which is evidenced, for example, in the sale of products—by users—on the same website of Radio Television Espanola. The article ends with some reflections on the disruptive nature of the series and other issues linked to a narrative world that will leave its mark on the history of the Spanish cultural industry beyond the short term.

It is a study case with the purpose of assessing the challenges and opportunities posed by the expanded narratives of television fiction series to be consumed by fans. In the case of El Ministerio del Tiempo , it is a key point the variety of media used (a sound fiction, a webserie, an episode of VR, a novelization), the recurrence of the same topics and the strict respect to the original material, so it can be considered as a model example of transmedial narrative expansion.
