TL;DR: A reliable and sensitive method was developed and successfully applied for the determination of deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin simultaneously in pig dorsal muscle, pig back fat and chicken muscle by high performance liquid chromatography coupled with tandem mass spectrometry (HPLC-MS/MS).
Journal ArticleDOI
In vitro removal of deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin by lactic acid bacteria
Zhong-Yi Zou,Zhifei He,Hongjun Li,Pengfei Han,Xiao Meng,Yu Zhang,Fang Zhou,Ke-Pei Ouyang,Xi-Yue Chen,Jun Tang +9 more
TL;DR: Five strains of lactic acid bacteria were tested for their ability to remove deoxynivalenol and T-2 toxin from MRS broth and Lactobacillus plantarum strain 102 (LP102) was the strongest among 5 strains after incubation at 37°C for 72 h.
