TL;DR: In this paper, a Na polysulfide battery with an organic solvent as the cathode is described, operating just above the melting point of Na, and the solvent meeting the optimum requirements of high boiling point, polysolfide solubility, thermal stability and chemical compatibility with Na 2 S n is N, N -DMethylacetamide (DMAC).
