This paper will seek new proposed pricing plans to develop new pricing scheme that serve both customers and maximize the supplier profit as nowadays Internet Service Providers (ISPs) deal with high demand to promote good quality information but only a few pricing plans involve QoS networks. We are going to solve multi bottleneck links in multi QoS Network scheme as an optimization model by comparing two models in multi QoS networks by taking into consideration decision whether to set up base price to be fixed to recover the cost or to be varied to compete in the market and quality premium to be fixed to enable user to choose classes according to their preferences and budget or to be varied to enable ISP to promote certain service. The results were obtained by aid of LINGO 13.0 software application. The results show that our two modified models slightly yield better solution rather than in original problem but with advantages that ISP has options to choose which of two models to be adopted depending on ISP goals in achieving the profit maximization.

Pricing Network Resources for Differentiated Service Networks

The exploitation of the semantic relatedness kernel has always been an appealing subject in the context of text retrieval and information management. Typically, in text classification the documents are represented in the vector space using the bag-of-words (BOW) approach. The BOW approach does not take into account the semantic relatedness information. To further improve the text classification performance, this paper presents a new semantic-based kernel of support vector machine algorithm for text classification. This method firstly using CHI method to select document feature vectors, secondly calculates the feature vector weights using TF-IDF method, and utilizes the semantic relatedness kernel which involves the semantic similarity computation and semantic relevance computation to classify the document using support vector machines. Experimental results show that compared with the traditional support vector machine algorithm, the algorithm in the text classification achieves improved classification F1-measure. A HowNet-Based Semantic Relatedness Kernel for Text Classification

Internet Service Providers (ISPs) nowadays deal with high demand to promote good quality information. However, the knowledge to develop new pricing scheme that serve both customers and supplier is known, but only a few pricing plans involve QoS networks. This study will seek new proposed pricing plans are offered with multi service multi link networks involved. The multi service multi link Networks scheme is solved as an optimization model by comparing two models in multi QoS networks. The results showed that by fixing the base price and varying the quality premium or varying the base price and quality and setting up the equal capacity link values, ISP achieved the goal to maximize the profit.

In this research, we derivation a new formula of conjugate gradient methods based on the quadratic model. Our arithmetical findings have revealed that, our new method has the most excellent performance contrast to the other standard CG methods. An Improved Optimization Model of Internet Charging Scheme in Multi Service Networks

This article will analyze new improved charging scheme with base price, quality premium and QoS networks involved. Sain and Herpers [5] already attempted to obtain revenue maximization by creating charging scheme of internet. The plan is attempted to solve multi service networks scheme as an optimization model to obtain revenue maximization using our improved model based on Byun and Chatterjee [2] and Sain and Herpers [5]. The results show that improved model can be solved optimally using optimization tool LINGO to achieve better revenue maximization. Better results are obtained in all cases rather than in [5]. The advantage of our new model is that ISP also can set up their base price and quality premium based on ISP preferences. For some cases for getting revenue maximization, we do not offer one service and just utilize some of the services.

In this paper, WIMAX traffic forecasting system for predicting traffic time series based on the traffic data recorded (TRD) along with Artificial Neural Networks (ANN) was proposed. The data used in this work are the maximum online user, minimum online user, traffic of MIMO-A and traffic of MIMO-B. These data are available from LibyaMax network (WiMAX technology) motorized by Libya Telecom and Technology over a period of 90 days. The quality of forecasting WIMAX traffic obtained by focusing on the ANN design through comparing different configurations of and models that consist of investigating different topology and learning algorithms. The decision of changing the ANN architecture is essentially based on prediction results to obtain the best ANN model for flow traffic prediction model. Testing the different configurations using real traffic data recorded at base stations (A, B and AB) that belong to a Libyan WiMAX Network. Statistical measurement is used to evaluate the different ANNs configuration to selected best model based on higher performance resulting. Outcome founded indicate that ANN model using maximum and minimum online user as inputs, gives good accurate results for predicting traffic by employing TrainLM with all considered cases.

A New Algorithm For Prediction WIMAX Traffic Based On Artificial Neural Network Models

Agent-based IDS is a powerful technique used by network administrator to monitor traffic activities in their network. However, the widespread network coverage has introduced a possibility of a hacker installing unauthorized agents or fake agents secretly within the network. This is considered as a very serious threat to the network security. This paper proposes a protocol that is used to detect the presence of a fake agent upon its installation. The technique is a combination of Elgamal encryption, Elgamal digital signature, and SHA-1 message digest function. A simple implementation was developed to test the proposed protocol.

Agent Verification Protocol in Agent-Based IDS

SAAIDS architecture is developed to overcome three issues on existing agent-based intrusion Detection System (IDS); single-point of failure, hierarchical structure on multilevel authorization problem and delay on information sending. Besides that, the architecture tend to provide secure agent communication and protection of the agent itself. In overcoming single-point failure the architecture is designed to enrol all components in an agent. P2P connection solved hierarchical structure on multilevel authorization problem and delay on information sending by its design which provides direct connection between agents. In avoiding single point of bottle-neck, the architecture was designed with agent communication protocol functions as queuing message sending by its forms and priority. The architecture components and processes discussed in this paper.
