Optical fiber type voltage sensor

TL;DR: In this article, a linear polarized light emitted by a semiconductor laser is made incident on the characteristic axis of polarization of the polarization plane maintaining type input-side optical fiber 13 which has an extremely small core diameter, and the light is propagated in the optical fiber while maintaining the linear polarization and becomes parallel light through a self-convergent lens 14, and this phase shift is shifted in phase corresponding to a voltage applied from an electrode when passing through the Pockels material 16 to become ellipsoidal polarized light.

Light emitting element and photo detector

TL;DR: In this paper, the photo detector is laminated via the photo absorbing substance to increase the transmission distance and reduce the transmission loss at the mono-line bidirectional communication circuit.

Light signal propagator

TL;DR: In this article, a multilayer dielectric film having an inclination of a specified angle with respect to the axis of transmission paths to part of the light signal transmission paths was proposed.

Current measuring device

TL;DR: In this paper, two kinds of magnetooptic bodies 6, 7 different in Verdet constant are put in layers near a wire in which current to be measrued is flowing through a wavelength separation filter 9, and an optical body 21 provided with a mirror 8 is placed on the back side.

Semiconductor laser device with optical isolator

TL;DR: In this paper, a Farady element between a semiconductor laser light source and an optical output monitor part was used to obtain a stable optical output against the variation of the ambient temperature.
