A derailleur for a bicycle, which is adapted to shift a driving chain to a selected one of two or more sprocket wheels by pushing or pulling a push-pull control wire. The derailleur is provided with at least one arm oscillating independently from a movable member in shifting one of the push-pull wire and an outer cable for the wire. The wire is secured to the arm and a spring is secured to the arm so that when the movable member is, in changing speed, loaded above a predetermined value, the arm is oscillated to prevent the wire from buckling. On the other hand, when the resistance is removed the energy stored in the spring by the oscillation of the arm allows the movable member to shift so that the driving chain may be shifted to a desired speed-changing stage.

The present invention is directed to perform fine low-voltage control without largely increasing the circuit layout area in a low-power consumption structure. In the case of shifting a region to a low-speed mode, a system controller outputs a request signal and an enable signal to a power switch controller and a low-power drive circuit, respectively, to turn off a power switch and to perform a control so that the voltage level of a virtual reference potential becomes about 0.2 V to about 0.3V. The region operates on voltages between a power supply voltage and a virtual reference potential, so that it is controlled in the low-speed mode.

CONSTITUTION:There is provided with a current-energizer made up of an amorphous coating layer consisting of a wear resisting material composed of a carbide, a nitride, an oxide, a boride, or a silicide and a metallic bonding material on the surface of a base material as the energizer, whereby a working pulse is energized to a wire electrode 1. If so, this amorphous coating layer 7 is excellent in hardness and strength, less in wear and tear due to pressure-contact friction with the wire electrode 1, and it is of uniform structure even in a underwater cooling energization with the wire electrode 1 from the chemical standpoint and, what is more, there are no locally unequal grain boundary, twin crystal, stacking faults and so on, so that there is less electrocorrosion, thus such a current-energizer that is excellent in antifriction and corrosion resistance is formable. Accordingly, any wear due to frictional slide motion with the wire electrode 1 is prevented from occurring, preventing any electrocorrosion consumption, and useful life longevity is improved, thus long-hour electric discharge machining can be carried out owing to stable current-energization.

Wire-cut electric discharge machining device

The present invention provides method and apparatus to control a plurality of DC motors each having an encoder by a sole microcomputer. The actual rotating speed of each DC motor is detected in response to the signal from the encoder. A pulse width of a voltage which is applied to each motor is controlled due to the deviation between the actual speed and a preset speed. The output signals from the encoders regarding a specific DC motor to the other DC motor are sequentially selected by a selection signal, thereby controlling the speed measurements and calculations regarding a plurality of DC motors and the duties of electric powers which are applied to the DC motors.

PURPOSE:To magnify regenerative, effective speed, by suppressing the jumping voltage of a filter condenser by inserting a damping resistance into a regenerative braking circuit and by simultaneously closing a switchgear by the short instructions of a short device. CONSTITUTION:A short device 12 and a switchgear are brought to opening conditions, and a damping resistance 11 is inserted in series into a main circuit, thus effectively working regenerative braking. A comparator 20 functions to generate output, a pulse shaping circuit 21 operates by the output, the making instruction pulses of the short device 12 are put out and the short device 12 is closed. A delay circuit 22 receives the output of the comparator 20 at the same time as the closing of the device 12 and works to generate continuous pulse output, and the switchgear 6 is brought to a short condition. Thus, the jumping voltage of a filter condenser generated due to the shorts of the damping resistance 11 is absorbed to a damping resistance 5 because the switchgear 6 is brought to the short condition at the same time as the making of the short device 12, and the voltage rise portion can sharply be suppressed.

PURPOSE:To increase the impedance of the natural frequency viewed from the power source side so as not to allow the formation of an oscillation circuit by a method wherein a damping resistor is connected in parallel to the reactor of the second filter connected in parallel to the capacitor on the first filter. CONSTITUTION:The first reactor 2 which consist the first filter device and the first capacitor 3 are provided and, at the same time, the second reactor 8, which consists the second filter device, and the second capacitor 9 are connected in parallel to the first capacitor 3. In addition, a damping resistor 10 is connected in parallel to the second reactor 8. As a result, the damping resistor 10 becomes the damper of the oscillation element on the second filter circuit enabling to constitute a nonoscillation circuit and, moreover, the damping resistor 10 of a small value can be used.

Filter device for electric vehicle

PURPOSE:To check the overvoltage vibration due to short power interruption by adding the switch to the overvoltage inhibitting device connected in parallel to the filter capacitor. CONSTITUTION:Any drop in the voltage of the filter capacitor is detected with the voltage detector 15 whenever it occurs due to the power interruption and the signal is generated from the control circuit 16 for off operation of the chopper 10. As soon as the interruption ends, the L-C circuit is formed through the route of the current collecting element 1, the switch 2, the switch 4, the filter reactor 5, and the filter capacitor 6 allowing the charged current to flow to the filter capacitor 6, so that the voltage of the filter capacitor tends to be excessive. The state of the overvoltage is detected with the voltage detector 15 and the control circuit 16 transmits the conduction signal to the thyristor element 13. Thus, the overvoltage inhibitting resistance 12 is instantaneously connected in parallel to the filter capacitor 6.

Electric car controller

PURPOSE:To perform a multiplex system of a control device for an electric motor vehicle by selecting a reference signal having the prescribed phase difference in response to an open command of a main motor and feeding the signal to each chopper. CONSTITUTION:A phase correcting circuit 5 outputs a signal having an arbitrary phase difference with the oscillating frequency of a main oscillator 1 as a reference signal. A selecting circuit 6 selects the output signal of the circuit 5 in response to a signal which indicates the cutout conditions of a chopper or main motor group from an instructing unit 6, and delivers a reference signal to each chopper control circuit 3. The circuit 3 controls the chopper 4 for driving a plurality of motors. In this manner, the multiplex system of the control device for an electric motor vehicle can be performed, thereby carrying out the reduction in the size of the device and the reduction in the leading lines between equipments.

PURPOSE:To reduce the capacity of filter capacitor in a power source circuit by shortening to a great extent the time interval from the reduction of chopper control voltage to chopper off.
