Light source device
TL;DR: A light source device has a continous wave (CW) light source for emitting first direct current (DC) light, a level converter for converting optical electric power of the first DC light into second DC light, and a mixer for mixing an optical main signal having a constant extinction ratio with the secondDC light as discussed by the authors.

Light source unit
TL;DR: In this paper, a light source unit comprising a CW light source emitting a first DC light, a level converter for converting the optical power level of the first dc light to produce a second DC light and a mixer for mixing an optical main signal having a constant extinction ratio with the second dc light is described.

TL;DR: In this article , the received power at several fixed locations was recorded simultaneously to measure the long-term power fluctuations caused by the dynamic factory environment and power fluctuations were also recorded from a receiver placed on an Automatic Guided Vehicle (AGV) which frequently moved around a fixed area within the factory.
