A shoulder holster, and method of carrying a telephone near the body of a user for storage of and ready access to the telephone by the user are provided. The holster includes a supporting shoulder strap extending generally over the shoulder and under the arm of the user during wear. A telephone mounting panel is attached to respective ends of the shoulder strap, and resides near the chest of the user during wear. Complementary fasteners located on the telephone and on the mounting panel serve to removably attach the telephone to the mounting panel.

A safe cordless telephone with a hands-free speakerphone is provided for use in showers or when taking a bath. The user-friendly cordless telephone can be readily attached and removed from any portion of the shower/bath unit, such as: a shower wall, shower door, sliding shower panel, towel rack, bracket, holder, or shower head pipe. The shower speaker telephone can also have a radio, interom, clock, and a display window to display the telephone numbers of outgoing and/or incoming telephone calls. The dependable cordless telephone is made of an impact-resistant plastic capable of withstanding water pressure and is insulated to prevent electrical shock. A water-resistant antenna extends upwardly from the telephone housing. A battery seal is positioned about the battery chamber to prevent water from entering into the battery chamber. An elastomeric gasket is snugly positioned about the front and back of the handset to prevent water from entering into the interior of the handset and shorting the telephone circuitry. The base unit is located away from the shower and has a base antenna and a battery charger, as well as other features.

A cellular telephone motorcycle mounting apparatus is provided for mounting a cellular telephone to a motorcycle gas tank is disclosed. The inventive device includes a front portion, a back portion, a pair of lateral portion, a top portion and a bottom portion forming a rectangular enclosure, the rectangular enclosure being designed for receiving a cellular phone, the bottom portion having a transverse slit separating a bottom portion top section and a bottom portion bottom section, and the lateral portions having opposing slits extending along a length thereof, the opposing slits being aligned and joined with the transverse slit, the opposing slits and transverse slit defining an opening in the rectangular enclosure, a pair of opposing handle portions, each handle portion being disposed along a back portion longitudinal edge, an aperture formed in the top portion, the aperture being designed for receiving a cellular phone antenna, a plurality of magnets fixedly attached to a back portion outside surface for attachment to a motorcycle gas tank and a pair of zippers for releasably closing the opening in the rectangular enclosure.
