Journal ArticleDOI

L-carnitine enhances oocyte maturation and improves in vitro development of embryos in dromedary camels (Camelus dromedaries)

TL;DR: The results demonstrated the usefulness of L-carnitine supplementation at the level of 0.5 mg/ml during IVM or IVC after on the developmental potential of camel oocytes.
Journal ArticleDOI

Effect of melatonin supplementation during IVM of dromedary camel oocytes (Camelus dromedarius) on their maturation, fertilization, and developmental rates in vitro.

TL;DR: In this article, the effects of melatonin supplementation in maturation media on in vitro maturation, fertilization, and pre-plantation embryo development of dromedary camel oocytes were evaluated.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ovarian, uterine and luteal hemodynamic variations between pregnant and non-pregnant pluriparous Egyptian buffalos with special reference to their anatomical and histological features.

TL;DR: In this paper, the ovarian, uterine, and luteal hemodynamic variations using Doppler between pregnant and non-pregnant buffalos in relation to their anatomical and histological basics during the first 31 days after natural mating were determined.
Journal ArticleDOI

Coenzyme Q10 Supplementation enhances testicular volume and hemodynamics, reproductive hormones, sperm quality, and seminal antioxidant capacity in goat bucks under summer hot humid conditions

TL;DR: In this paper , the effect of coenzyme Q10 (CoQ10) supplementation on the reproductive performance of goat bucks under heat stress conditions was investigated, and the results showed that the CoQ10 group showed significant (P < 0.05) increases in seminal CAT (W4-W8) and TAC (W2-W6) activities and decreases in total antioxidant capacity (TAC), malondialdehyde (MDA), and semen quality traits were all measured.
Journal ArticleDOI

Ovarian and uterine haemodynamics and their relation to steroid hormonal levels in postpartum Egyptian buffaloes

TL;DR: Doppler ultrasonography is a suitable tool for assessing changes in ovarian and uterine perfusion during the puerperium and there were very strong positive correlations between PSV and BFV, in both ipsilateral and contralateral ovarian and uterusine arteries.
