In the disclosed synthesis method of a catalyst structure having a plurality of nanostructured catalyst particles dispersed in a support by a one-step process using a high-temperature high-pressure closed reactor, the one-step process includes supplying the support and a catalyst source into the high-temperature high-pressure closed reactor; supplying an atmosphere forming gas of the reactor into the reactor; perfectly sealing the high-temperature high-pressure closed reactor and heating the reactor to produce the catalyst structure in the reactor under self-generated pressure and synthesis temperature conditions, the catalyst structure including the plurality of nanostructured catalyst particles dispersed in the support; removing internal gases of the reactor to allow the reactor to be in a high-temperature, atmospheric pressure state and supplying an inert gas into the reactor to remove unreacted materials and byproducts remaining in the reactor; and cooling the reactor to room temperature while supplying the inert gas to synthesize the catalyst structure.

The invention discloses an in-situ doping preparation method for titanium dioxide with a visible light response effect. The method comprises the steps of preparing a titanium ion solution, adding 100-400% of a nitrogen doping source, 0.5-2% of a metal doping source, 0.5-1.5% of a doping additive and 100-300% of a precipitant into the solution based on the molar weight of titanium ions, and stirring for 1 hour to obtain a reaction precursor solution; performing centrifugal washing on the precursor solution to obtain precipitates, making up the volume of the precipitates to be 1L, then adding 0.5-2% of a peptizing additive based on the molar weight of the titanium ions, and dropwise adding 1-3% of a peptizing agent based on the molar weight of the titanium ions to generate transparent sol; and adding the sol into a sealed hydrothermal reaction kettle to perform a crystallization reaction, thereby obtaining titanium dioxide with visible light catalytic activity. The method is simple in preparation process, free of high-temperature treatment and easy to use.

The invention relates to a method for one-step preparation of Ag@TiO2 nanocomposite and belongs to the field of chemical synthesis of materials. According to the invention, in the technological process, ethyl alcohol can be used as both a solvent and a reducing agent, and in high-temperature and high-pressure hydrothermal environment, hydroxyl of the ethyl alcohol can reduce Ag to elementary Ag particles, and H2O produced by inter-ethyl alcohol etherification reaction also promotes hydrolysis of tetrabutyl titanate (TBOT). In order to reduce surface energy of the system, small TiO2 particles produced by hydrolysis gradually gather together with the produced Ag nano particles to form a ball and wrap the Ag nano particles in the TiO2 ball; along with reaction, the spherical Ag@TiO2 nanocomposite is finally obtained. The method has the advantages of being simple in operation, easily-available in materials, low in cost and controllable in process. The spherical Ag@TiO2 nanocomposite prepared according to the method has potential application prospect in the fields of photocatalysis, surface enhanced raman scattering and the like.

Gold loaded TiO2 nanotube-multiwalled carbon nanotube composites as active photocatalysts for cyclohexane oxidation

A metal oxide supported palladium catalyst comprised of a β-Bi 2 O 3 /Bi 2 Sn 2 O 7 hetero-junction catalyst support and palladium was developed. The catalyst was synthesized using a sol-gel technique as a nanocrystalline structure. In the presence of fluorene, an oxidant and ultraviolet irradiation, the catalyst converts the hydrocarbon to a mixture of fluorenol/fluorenone oxidation products. The close proximity between β-Bi 2 O 3 and Bi 2 Sn 2 O 7 heterojunction phases in the catalyst is thought to be responsible for the efficient charge separation and catalytic activity. An indirect chemical probe method using active species scavengers elucidated that the photo-oxidation mechanism proceeds via holes and superoxide radical (O 2 . − ) moieties.

Photochromic tetrahydroindolizines (THIs) bearing dihydroisoquinoline derivatives as heterocyclic bases and central fluorene groups have been synthesized via different chemical and photochemical pathways. Three alternative pathways for the synthesis of the target photochromic THI-based pyridazinopyrrolo[1,2-b]isoquinolines via in situ trapping with hydrazine hydrate are also provided. High product yields are obtained using different Sonogashira-mediated coupling reactions provided herein. Low temperature multichannel UV-vis and flash photolysis techniques were used to detect the photochromic and kinetic properties of the synthesized system.
