The invention discloses an acoustic cut-off noise-reducing device of a heat-dissipating fan and a method thereof and relates to the technical field of noise reduction of fans. The acoustic cut-off noise-reducing device comprises a short pipe dome and a fixed bracket. The short pipe dome is of a cylinder shape and is adaptive to the shape of the fan. The short pipe dome is arranged on the fixed bracket, is arranged on the heat-dissipating fan through the fixed bracket, is located on the upstream or downstream side of a through-flow area of the heat-dissipating fan, and is combined with the heat-dissipating fan tightly. The inner diameter D of the short pipe dome is determined by the dimension and rotating speed of the heat-dissipating fan, The axial length L of the dome is determined by anacoustic cut-off condition. The heat-dissipating fan is the fan with a movable and stationary blade interference structure.The noise-reducing device can play a role of inhibiting axial propagation ofcircumferential acoustic modality of pneumatic noise generated by the heat-dissipating fan. The noise-reducing device is mounted on the upstream side of the heat-dissipating fan to further correct inlet incoming flow deformation of the heat-dissipating fan, so that the discrete single tone noise radiated by the heat-dissipating fan is reduced.

The present invention relates to a motor to which an integrated impeller and a bell mouth are applied. Particularly, the present invention relates to a motor which comprises: a stator having a central hole in the center; a coil installed on the stator and protruding up and down through upper and lower surfaces of the stator; a rotor disposed in the central hole of the stator; a housing respectively installed on upper and lower portions of the stator; an impeller installed inside the housing; and a bell mouth guiding air sucked in when the impeller rotates. The impeller includes: a base disposed on an upper surface of the rotor and penetrating a rotation axis of the rotor; and a plurality of lower blades formed to be integrally spaced apart along an edge of the base and positioned inside the coil.
