Provided is a method for producing a flame-retardant acrylic resin composition, which comprises the following steps: mixing a phosphorus-based compound-containing first flame retardant, an acrylamide-based compound-containing second flame retardant, and a surfactant having an acryl group and a phosphate group, and then stirring the same so as to produce a flame retardant mixture; mixing the produced flame retardant mixture along with a first acrylic compound, and then stirring the same so as to producing an acrylic resin composition. Also, provided is a method for producing an acrylic plate which has excellent flame retardance exceeding an UL94 V2 level while maintaining transparency, and also exhibits superior resistance to heat above 90C at which thermal deformation takes place.
