Phenyl-Conjugated Oligoene Sensitizers for TiO2 Solar Cells

TL;DR: In this article, a series of novel oligoene dyes which have different lengths of methine units, cyano groups and/or carboxylic groups as the electron acceptor units, and amino groups as electron donor units was designed and synthesized.

Dye-sensitized photoelectric conversion device

TL;DR: In this paper, a photoelectric conversion device using a semiconductor fine material such as a fine particle sensitized with a dye carried thereon, characterized in that the dye is a methine type dye having a specific partial structure, for example, an aromatic residue substituted with a dialkylamino group or an organic metal complex residue on the other side of the methine group.

Dye-sensitized photoelectric transducer

TL;DR: In this paper, a photoelectric transducer composed of fine semiconductor particles sensitized with a dye having an acrylic acid site and a solar cell comprising it is presented, which can be used to produce high conversion efficiency.

Sealing agent for photoelectric conversion element and photoelectric conversion element using the same

Abstract: A sealing agent for a photoelectric conversion element which comprises one or more of a compound having a glycidyl structure, a compound having a cyclohexene oxide structure, a compound having an oxetane structure and a compound having a vinyl ether structure, and a cationic polymerization initiator; a photoelectric conversion element using the sealing agent; and a solar cell comprising the photoelectric conversion element. The sealing agent for a photoelectric conversion element can be used for pasting together upper and lower electroconductive glass substrates at an ordinary temperature in the manufacture of a photoelectric conversion element, and is excellent with respect to adhesion strength and the reliability in moisture resistance.

Photoelectric conversion element sensitized with coloring matter

TL;DR: In this paper, a photoelectric conversion element using a semiconductor fine material is characterized, where the coloring matter is a methine type coloring matter having a specific partial structure, such as a carboxyl-substituted heteroring on one side of the methine group and a an aromatic residue substituted with a dialkylamino group or an organic metal complex residue on the other side of methine groups.
