Endoscopic versus microscopic trans-sphenoidal pituitary surgery: a systematic review and meta-analysis.
TL;DR: In this article, the efficacy and safety of pure endoscopic approach in comparison with microscopic approach in pituitary surgery was evaluated and concluded that endoscopic surgery was associated with fewer complications related to surgical technique and a shorter hospital stay.

TL;DR: The incidence of post-laryngectomy fistulas in patients operated on in patients diagnosed with laryngeal carcinoma was determined to be 13%, and postoperative follow-up revealed that fistulas did not influence the incidence of tumor recurrence.
