Journal ArticleDOI

AIDS-related lymphoma screen results and molecular structure determination of a new crown ether bearing aziridinylcyclophosphazene, potentially capable of ion-regulated DNA cleavage action

TL;DR: The tetraaziridinyl PNP-lariat ether has been tested in the in vitro disease-oriented antitumor screen and evaluated further in an investigational AIDS-related lymphoma screen in vitro as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

New dioxytetraethyleneoxy macrocyclic cyclophosphazene derivatives

TL;DR: A series of macrocyclic cyclophosphazene containing derivatives of mono-ansa, mono-spiro, spiro, and spiro-anansa structure together with polymeric materials have been obtained by the reaction of hexachlorocyclotriphosphazenes with tetraethylene glycol in the presence of sodium hydride Structure determination was based on mass and 31P NMR spectral analysis as mentioned in this paper.
Journal ArticleDOI

Supramolecular assistance to regioselectivity in the reactions of chlorocyclophosphazenes with sodium oxyanions: macrocyclic effect and anion dependence.

TL;DR: The effectiveness of supramolecularly assisted transition state stabilization is found to be dependent not only on the dimensional complementarity between the cation and the macrocycle but also on the properties of the four interacting ionic centers according to the HSAB principle.
