A polyurethane molded product, and a method for preparing the polyurethane molded product are provided to improve flame retardancy and sound proofness even without using glass wool. A polyurethane molded product comprises a rock powder, and a mixture comprising a water dispersible polyurethane resin solution and water in a ratio of 10-80 : 20-90 by weight; and 5-8 wt% of a fibroid material, wherein the rock powder is at least one selected from a vermiculite powder, a granite powder, a perlite powder, a clay shale powder, a silica powder, lapilli, a pumice powder and a lava powder. The ratio of the water dispersible polyurethane resin solution and water is 15:25 :75:85; and the fibroid material is at least one selected from the paper mulberry, Korean paper, seed fiber, a trunk of Gramineae plant, and a trunk of Manila hemp.
