Provided is a single-degree-of-freedom large flexible load simulator. A main driving motor serves as a driving device for driving a flexible load; an angle encoder is arranged at the output end of the main driving motor, and is mainly used for measuring operating state of the main driving motor; a measurement and control computer realizes data acquisition and processing as well as establishing and downloading of different control models; a flexible dynamics model computing computer establishes a flexible dynamics model according to a finite element model of the large flexible load, input thereof being angular acceleration and output being torsion moment; and a motor driving controller and a loading servo motor jointly realize load torque loading of the main driving motor. A loading instruction is sent by the measurement and control computer to the motor driving controller in real time; a torque sensor is arranged on the coaxis of the loading servo motor and the main driving motor and is used for monitoring torque output of the loading servo motor; and the output torque of the loading servo motor and instruction torque have deviation, and by sending the instruction to the motor driving controller through the measurement and control computer, moment compensation is realized.

Single-degree-of-freedom large flexible load simulator

The invention provides a loading device of an electric dynamometer. The loading device comprises a double PWM (Pulse-Width Modulation) power circuit and a control circuit, wherein the control circuit is connected with the double PWM power circuit through a cable, and the control circuit comprises a digital signal processor (DSP), an encoder interface circuit and a torque sensor interface circuit; and the loading device is characterized in that the DSP is connected with the encoder interface circuit and the torque sensor interface circuit respectively, and the torque sensor interface circuit acquires a torque signal of a torque sensor and transmits the torque signal to the DSP; and the encoder interface circuit is used for receiving a rotating-speed signal from a loading motor and transmitting the rotating-speed signal to the DSP. The loading device adopts the torque closed-loop control so that the control precision of loading the torque can reach 0.1%FS; a high-precision encoder interface is adopted so that the measurement precision can reach 0.1rpm; besides, an integrated design is adopted so that the invention can realize the interface observation and data analysis without requiring a torque rotating-speed tester or an upper computer.
