Power Spectrum Estimation of the Welch Method Based on Imagery EEG

TL;DR: Improved periodogram method (welch method) is used to estimate the motor imagery EEG power spectrum, with Matlab for tools, through the simulation on the experimental data, comparativing and analysising the welch method’s different spectrum estimation properties with different window functions, which provides the theoretical guidance for selecting a suitable window function.

Heart Motion Uncertainty Compensation Prediction Method for Robot Assisted Beating Heart Surgery --- Master---slave Kalman Filters Approach

TL;DR: This paper proposes a Master–slave Kalman Filter based on beating heart motion Nonlinear Adaptive Prediction (NAP) algorithm and indicates that the new approach reduces prediction errors by at least 30 μm and performs well in robustness test, in which two kinds of arrhythmia datasets from MIT-BIH arrhythmmia database are assessed.
